SCHEDULING DEPOSIT
A scheduing deposit of $50 is collected at the time of service and is applied towards the total cost of your service. The deposit is NON REFUNDABLE. You have a 5-10 minute grace period for your appointment and anything beyond 10 minutes will result in an automatic cancellation and will need to be rescheduled. We ask that you call before 48 hours in advance to cancel and/or reschedule your appointment. If the appointment is not cancelled before 48 hours in advance, the booking deposit will be applied as a no show/cancellation fee and you will be required to pay a separate $50 deposit for the service. Your $50 deposit is paying for the providers time. Packages that are paid in full include a free follow up "post package completion" and the amount of complimentary post procedure follow up appointments you will receive will vary depending on the treatment type.
All procedure's require a follow up and no show's/cancellations after 48 hours on complimentary follow up appointments will also be subject to a $50 NO SHOW FEE
NO refunds, exchanges, or credit card charge backs will be accepted unless there is a medically documented adverse reaction to a procedure. In the event that a customer is pregnant, we will make an exception to resume treatments once it is safe to do so. If for any reason the deposit does not process, you will be responsible for the owed deposit ($50) and billed. Future appointments cannot be made prior to resolving the balance that is owed.

LATE POLICY
There is a 5 minute grace period for all appointments. Clients who are 15 minutes late will automatically be cancelled and rescheduled for those appointments that are less than 20 minutes long. In the event that a client shows up late and is still within the appointment time, the provider will complete your treatment to the best of their ability within the remaining time. (Ex: Showing up 15 minutes late for a 30 minute appointment). If you are a new client wanting a same day procedure and do not show up on time, you will need a separate appointment and will require a separate booking fee. Please be mindful and respectful of the providers time. Clients who have paid up front for procedures or are using voucher's such as Groupon will still be subject to no show/cancellation fees if appointments are not cancelled prior to 48 hours. We require that a card is on file at the time of booking and the same form of payment will be charged no show/cancellation fees. No show/cancellation fees must be paid in order to schedule your next appointment.

CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW FEE
If you no show for your scheduled follow up appointment, your card on file will be CHARGED $50 to cover the providers time. If there is no card on file or the card declines, a non-refundable $50 fee will be required to book any future appointments. If you no show for your scheduled procedure appointment, then your booking fee will be kept as a cancellation fee for the providers time.
CONSULTATION FEE
When scheduling a service, the required deposit will transfer over as a "consultation fee" if you decide that you do not want to move forward with treatment. You have 30 days from the date of your consultation to decide to move forward with treatment with the applicable deposit transferring over to the procedure cost. This deposit fee cover's the providers time and will be treated as a consultation.
Medical Weight Loss consultation fee - $200. If you are deciding to move forward with a 12 week plan, your $200 consult fee will be applied to the total cost of the plan.
PRE-PURCHASED SERVICES
Services and packages that are paid in advance are valid within 12 months from the date of purchase. There will be no extensions or exceptions for sessions that have not been completed within the 12 month period unless there is medical documentation indicating that the treatment should not be resumed due to an ailment or in the event of a pregnancy. Single session treatments will be treated as an a la carte purchase. This includes clients who are purchasing a package using a voucher or gift card. Refunds will not be given for any procedures that have not been completed within the 12 month period.
ALL CLIENTS completing a procedure for the first time will be required to have a test spot for laser hair removal. Laser hair removal procedure will not be scheduled for the same day as this is done to ensure that this procedure is safe for your skin type.
Please make sure you are arriving at least 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete new client paperwork/consent forms or complete your consent forms online to expedite the check-in process.
PHOTOS & FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENTS
In order to ensure that you achieve the best results possible, we ask that you show up to your initial consultation appointment with hair present for laser hair removal photos. The initial consultation will only include a consultation, test spot and photos will be taken of the treatment area for documentation of treatment progress.
Photos will not be posted on social media without client consent.
Before and after photographs will be completed for every procedure to help us document the progress of your treatment. Please keep in mind that every treatment is different and has a different treatment protocol. It is important that you follow the treatment plan that is recommended to you by the provider to ensure optimal results. This includes any skincare products, procedures, and follow up care recommended. Typically, photographs are taken at the start of treatment, in the middle of your package, at the last treatment, and 1, 3, or 6 months after the last treatment depending on the procedure. Photograph appointments are included in your prepaid package and are subject to no additional fees unless there is a no show/cancellation, where you will be subject to a fee of $50 as a result of not providing more than 48 hours notice.

If shaving is required prior to your appointment, please make sure that you communicate with the office prior to the appointment so that the proper time can be blocked off for your appointment. Laser hair removal will not be completed on areas that have hair present. The areas must be shaved at least 24 hours in advance.
