Face Filler Injection

At JS Healthcare, we offer PRP injections for hair restoration and resurfacing.

PRP (Protein Rich Plasma) is a platelet-rich plasma therapy that contains growth factors directly from our own blood cells. This procedure aids in:

  • healing damaged tissue

  • can be used as a cosmetic enhancement by targeting signs of aging such as fine lines and wrinkles.

  • Aids in hair growth and restoration by injecting directly into the scalp.

We currently offer PRP as an injectable service for hair loss, Microneedling/Vampire facial, or as an add on for RF microneedling procedures.

What to Expect during  your visit:

During your visit, your provider will collect a blood sample from you and spin it in a centrifuge using a Serum Separating Tube. Once the plasma is separated, it is then extracted and drawn into multiple syringes. and ready for use. The plasma can either be drawn into a hydra-needle, which is a small glass container with a cap that contains tiny micro-needles. The PRP is applied in a stamping like motion using the Hydra-needle. Another method is applying the plasma directly onto the skin or injecting it into the skin. Your provider will work on a customized plan specific to your goals, which will then determine the method being used.

Side effects of PRP injections:

PRP injection is a low risk procedure which may not really cause any major side effects. Reactions that occur may be related to additives that are used during the treatment such as Hyaluronic Acid, Our Recovery Mask, or Skincare products that are applied during your PRP Facial. It is important to make sure that you are well hydrated, and have eaten prior to having a treatment.

Because this procedure requires a blood draw, you may experience some lightheadedness after venipuncture. Some soreness and bruising may occur at the injection site.
