Service Description
Special cocktail drip that aids in alleviating stress, improves immunity, restores balance, provides hydration, helps reduce migraines, and reduces chronic pain. What's inside? Magnesium Chloride Magnesium chloride can help reduce fatigue, improve immunity, decrease risk of developing migraines, improve relaxation and more. B-Complex Vitamins B-complex vitamins may help keep skin and blood cells healthy as well as convert nutrients into energy. Hydroxo B12 , designed to help treat low levels of Vitamin B12, as well as promote healthy brain function, blood, cells and nerves. Calcium Gluconate Calcium gluconate helps promote healthy bones and the normal functioning of muscles, nerves and cells in the body. Ascorbic Acid Ascorbic acid can act as an antioxidant that may help protect cells from free-radical damage, absorb iron, create collagen and boost immunity.
Cancellation Policy
A Booking deposit of $50 is collected at the time of service and is applied towards the total cost of your service. The deposit is NON REFUNDABLE. You have a 5-10 minute grace period for your appointment and anything beyond 10 minutes will result in an automatic cancellation and will need to be rescheduled. We ask that you call before 48 hours in advance to cancel and/or reschedule your appointment. If the appointment is not cancelled before 48 hours in advance, the booking deposit will be applied as a no show/cancellation fee and you will be required to pay a separate $50 deposit for the service. Your $50 deposit is paying for the providers time. Packages that are paid in full include a free follow up "post package completion" and the amount of complimentary post procedure follow up appointments you will receive will vary depending on the treatment type. All procedure's require a follow up and no show's/cancellations after 48 hours on complimentary follow up appointments will also be subject to a $50 NO SHOW FEE NO refunds, exchanges, or credit card charge backs will be accepted unless there is a medically documented adverse reaction to a procedure. In the event that a customer is pregnant, we will make an exception to resume treatments once it is safe to do so. If for any reason the deposit does not process, you will be responsible for the owed deposit ($50) and billed. Future appointments cannot be made prior to resolving the balance that is owed. By booking an appointment with JS Healthcare Med Spa, you understand and agree to the cancellation, late and refund policy terms & conditions.
